Wireless festival extended to Sunday

[ds]: Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z, who were previously confirmed for the festival, will now also headline the event on Sunday, July 14, organisers have confirmed.

Timberlake will headline the festival on Friday, July 12, and Jay-Z will close the event on Saturday, July 13. The ‘Suit & Tie’ collaborators will use the Sunday night headline slot to preview their joint ‘Legends of the Summer’ stadium tour.

Ke$ha, Wretch 32, Conor Maynard, Bingo Players and Iggy Azalea are added to the bill on Friday, July 12, while Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Zedd and Flux Pavilion will perform on Saturday, July 13.

This year’s Wireless Festival is the first to take place at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London, following the event’s relocation from Hyde Park.

Tickets for the new date go on sale this Friday (March 15) at 9am priced at £75 (excluding booking fees).
