New Look may close 100 shops

British global fashion retailer New Look are looking to close around 100 shops in order to tackle their £1.1 billion debt.

The company has chains of high street stores all over, from the UK all the way to Poland. Despite being very successful among buyers, especially teens, New Look has found itself under increasing pressure from, arguably, cheaper and expansive retail shops such as Primark and H&M.

New Look are looking to close in towns with more than one store. At least 50 shops are to be shut, however this could increase to 100 in the near future.
