Rita Ora gets UK #1 spot with ‘How We Do (Party)’

[DS]: Rita Ora has scored her third official number one on the UK singles chart.

The Roc Nation singer’s latest track ’How We Do (Party)’ debuted at the top after selling over 100,000 copies during its first week of release.

“I can’t believe I’m the first artist this year to have three number one singles in a row!” Ora toldOfficialCharts.com.

“It’s really inspiring, I really appreciate all the support I’ve been getting from my fans and the media. This is already the best year ever!”

Ora, who releases debut album ORA on August 27, previously had number one singles with DJ Fresh’s ’Hot Right Now’ and ’R.I.P.’, which featured Tinie Tempah.

She knocks Wiley off the top spot, who slips to number two this week with ’Heatwave’, just ahead of Emeli Sandé, who lands at three with ‘Read All About It (Pt. III)’ following her performance at the London 2012 Olympics closing ceremony.
